Gov. Jim Pillen opted Nebraska in to the new federal voucher program. Voters overwhelmingly rejected vouchers at the ballot box just months ago. He is ignoring us. Economist Stunned By Trump’s Latest Claim: ‘Such A Lie’
During an interview with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, University of Michigan professor Justin Wolfers, responded to some of the claims Trump has made about the current economy and more specifically, Trump's claim that the country is “doing phenomenally well and enjoying the greatest economy we’ve ever had, with just beef and coffee prices too high." Wolfers responded: "It's such a lie that I worry that there’s literally a break with reality inside the man’s mind.”

In one week more than 41,000 pounds of food and $600,000 in donations were received - and Mayor John Ewing says that amount will continue to increase.

ICE's detainee population has ballooned by nearly 70% since Mr. Trump took office for a second time in January, when ICE was holding around 39,000 individuals in its detention system.
